In its 61st year the Albury Easter Hockey carnival is our showcase event. The Easter Hockey Carnival is the unique to Albury Wodonga, being the only carnival of its kind in Australia, and as such it attracts competitors from interstate and internationally. The carnival is infamous throughout the nation for being able to successfully combine high level competition with fun, frivolity and social activity.

The event has always been very well supported attracting teams locally, interstate and internationally. This support has seen the event succeed for 60 years. The Easter Hockey Carnival is always supported by a large number of teams and in recent years the event has attracted in excess of 600 players to the Border.

In 2014 Hockey Albury Wodonga is seeking to diversify the competition and increase the calibre of athletes it attracts to participate in the Annual Albury Easter Hockey Carnival. For the first time in the Carnivals history, Hockey Albury Wodonga will be incorporating a Masters Tournament for both Men and Women and a Junior Tournament, as well as an A grade and a social mixed competition.
